Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Modu website (modu.makko.world, the "Site"), operated by Mako (the "Company"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. The Korean version governs if the two versions differ.

2. What the Site provides
The Site introduces Modu, an AI chat moderation service for live streams, shows example screens and demos, and accepts early-access requests and inquiries.
Modu is pre-launch. Features and screens described on the Site may change without notice.
Channels, people, chat messages, moderation results and numbers shown in example screens are fictional and are not related to any real person or organization.
3. Your obligations
You must not: break the law, impersonate others, access or attack the Site without authorization or distribute malicious code, send excessive automated requests or scrape the Site, or otherwise interfere with its operation.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including design, text, logos, images and source code, belongs to the Company. You may not copy, distribute, modify or use it commercially without prior written consent.
5. Limitation of liability
Information on the Site is provided to introduce the service. The Company does not guarantee its accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
The Company is not liable for damages caused by events such as natural disasters or network failures that do not involve its intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
External websites linked from the Site are the responsibility of their operators.
6. Changes
The Company may update these terms within the limits of applicable law, and will post changes on the Site at least 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes unfavorable to users).
Separate terms may apply when the full service launches.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will be resolved by the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
